Well, good for you. One less thing on your plate to worry about then.
[ Then he gets confused. Both at the irritated tone of the text and the contents. Deciding that it would be overly blunt to go "are you unhappy with your partner's current state?" he responds. ]
All morning? I haven't have that problem but... Right, it would be a lot harder to a miss a building-size robot than a human-sized NetNavi that doesn't talk to people.
Sure, giant robot-cars are impressive, but it's just the novelty of it, I think. Gawking isn't too strange. It's not like he's a Mega Digimon. Give them a week and they'll think it's nothing special. Unless I'm missing something here?
[text]
But Vanguard holds his tongue. Thinking about it only frustrates him more, so he squishes it down. Besides, they've been trying to figure out Biyomon's partner. He's like a puzzle that's finally been solved.]
It's not important.
You gonna tell me what a NetNavi is supposed to be?
[text]
[ If you can convey indignant concern in overuse of exclamation points, Biyomon would done it.
There's a pause before he sends the next reply. ]
I dunno. The most I got out of him was it's a super advanced computer program. And that it's way more powerful than a human. He wouldn't talk anymore about it. [ :c "Talk," meaning Biyomon nagged Forte to open up to him, Forte barely restrained himself from strangling him, they argued and then it was back to the cold shoulder for a hour or two. ] I'm just guessing where I said he's from a digital world like us. I mean, that's what would make sense, right? Data needs a place to exist for programs to be self-aware.
[text]
You've just got to wonder what exactly he was made to do as a 'super advanced' program.
[He juggles the idea of telling Biyomon. And then finally relents. Biyomon wins. He'll... spill.]
There's one person who doesn't think having a big robot for a partner's so great.
[text]
They are pretty fragile, fair point. No special attacks whatsoever. No Digieggs!
Hmm. Maybe if I nag him enough, he'll tell me. I'll think on that.
[ Biyomon reads the message and doesn't feel surprised. ]
You?
Would you be okay with talking about it, Coronamon?
[text]
And yeah. I mean, I'll talk about it, but you can't tell anybody else. Ever.
[text]
[ He's not so confident of him succeeding in wearing Forte down for a good long while, but Biyomon didn't mind sharing what he could unearth with Coronamon. The other Digimon had been nothing but reliable if on the boastful side of things so far.
A serious nod. ]
You have my word. This is between you and me, not anybody else.
